I bet you have already wondered why the most part of Chinese people are skinny even eating rice all the time, haven't you?
So, I'm here to tell you what they do different from us when it comes to eating: teas. Thaat's it!!! It's not just England where we can find this tradition of drinking tea. Chinese people usually drink tea before bigger meals, and this habit helps a loooot our digestion process.
The tea makes our stomach produce some enzymes which can help the process and also some of them kinda reduce the activity of others (responsible for absortion of sugar, for example). Besides, if you are a sweet tooth person, the bitter teas can help you so much to control this impulse, since they'll modulate some of your tastes receptor (in your tongue and also in your gut)!
Well, when it comes to this topic I can spend hours talking about, but as I know you gotta things to do, I just want to give you an advice: add teas during your day, speciallt those that can help you to digest food and reduce the sugar impact in your blood. If you wonder wich ones you can drink, let me know! I'll love to help you!
That's it for 2day, see you on our next talk! xoxo 💕
I didn't know bitter teas could help us do that. I'm a bit o a picky eater, so I think that could be a way for me to try to get used to new flavors since I love tea.
